A new informational graphic released by SF Plastic Surgery & Laser Center, of San Francisco, provides an up-to-date look at the increasing demand for plastic surgery; and where in the US that demand is being met. Study it carefully. New York City and Los Angeles are not listed and places like Louisville and Baltimore are in the Top 10. Am I completely missing something from the rankings, the search criteria, etc??
