Osyris, a French manufacturer and marketer of precision laser equipment, announced the formation of Osyris Medical USA and its acquisition of medical aesthetics firm MedSurge Advances, of Dallas, at the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery’s (ASLMS) 29th-annual conference in Maryland.
The US-based branch of the company’s medical division will handle marketing and technical support for the diode laser Lipotherme, a 980 nm continuous-wave diode laser that can be adjusted from 1 Watt to 25 Watts of power.
At booth #515, Osyris is also showcasing LipoControl, a breakthrough laser-assisted lipolysis device that incorporates electronic mapping.
