The system features a dual mechanism that includes antimicrobial properties and active drainage that controls and prevents infection. Invia comes with the Vario 18 AC/DC constant/intermittent aspirator pump that applies gentle negative pressure to the wound and an advanced wound-dressing kit that promotes healing. Payment ProgramSkincare Technology introduces a smart-card payment program for its Revitalight (pictured) and HandSpa equipment. The system works similarly to a prepaid phone card. With the smart card, spa owners pay as they go by simply buying a certain amount of time that is loaded onto a credit card–sized smart card. When the equipment is used, the spa owner inserts the card into the smart card reader attached to the side of the equipment. The time they use is deducted from the card and is ready for the next use.
