You know, those funny little smileys and happy faces you see on e-mails and other types of electronic messages? A Korean plastic surgery firm has adapted those to illustrate what customers can expect before-and-after aestetic procedures. Top to bottom, these emoticons represent eyelid surgery, breast augmentation, and abdominal liposuction.
