Ivivi Technologies, Inc (Northvale, NJ) announced on Friday that it has received CE Mark certification for the commercial distribution of its patented electrotherapy devices in member countries of the European Union.
The patented noninvasive electrotherapy devices are used for wound healing, pain reduction, and postoperative edema.
André DiMino, Co-CEO of Ivivi Technologies, says that the CE approval supports the company’s strategy of “establishing channel partnerships with global medical device and healthcare companies.”
Preliminary data from a clinical study may indicate 80% acceleration in pain relief in patients treated with the electrotherapy devices.
