Restless legs and sleep apnea increased in psoriasis patients compared with general population, according to recent research.

Psoriasis and psoriatic disease have been associated with multiple comorbidities including cardiovascular disease, diabetes, obesity, hyperlipidemia, and psychiatric disorders. However, there is little mentioned about the role of psoriasis in sleep disorders.

Gupta et al performed a systemic review of 33 studies evaluating the relationship between psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis, and formal sleep disorders.
