American Society of Plastic Surgeons hosts the 85th Annual Plastic Surgery The Meeting, scheduled to take place September 23 to 27 at the Los Angeles Convention and Exhibition Center.

The meeting will provide the opportunity for an estimated 3,000 plastic surgeons, residents, and other allied health professionals to discuss technologies and techniques in plastic and aesthetic surgery.

Hot Topics sessions, presented on Friday, September 23, from 11 am to 4 pm, will include presentations on cutting-edge research on new devices and techniques, and will feature panels of experts discussing their pros and cons.

“ASPS carefully considered the newest developments in plastic and reconstructive surgery and identified the leading experts in each innovation. We are proud to present a wide array of fascinating sessions this year,” says David H. Song, MD, MBA, president of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, in a media release. “These sessions are among the ‘must attend’ events at The Meeting, and all of them are open to the media as well.”

Plastic Surgery The Meeting will also feature 300 exhibitors and 100 instructional courses, per the release.
