The FDA is continuing to crack down on exaggerated advertising claims made by cosmetic companies.
On the FDA’s hit list are:

These companies were sent warning letters by the FDA which threaten to halt sales or seize products if the companies don’t tone down the claims in their ads. According to media reports, Avon and Lancome are cooperating with the FDA to resolve the issues.
