Ivivi Technologies Receives Initial Order from Allergan

Ivivi Technologies Inc has received the initial order of 20,000 SofPulse^® devices from Allergan Inc, its distribution partner for Ivivi’s SofPulse line of products. Allergan has initiated marketing efforts for the SofPulse products. Its product launch is expected to be completed by the end of 2007.

“Ivivi’s SofPulse is a unique and advanced technology that shows significant promise toward enhancing patients’ postoperative experience and facilitating the recovery period," said Robert Grant, president of Allergan Medical, a division of Allergan Inc.

Allergan anticipates marketing Ivivi’s SofPulse technology to surgeons for postoperative use to treat pain and swelling.
