3M offers Tegaderm Absorbent Clear Wound Dressing, which allows clinicians to monitor pressure ulcers, skin tears, and other moderately exuding wounds without changing the dressing. In this patented technology, an ab­sorbent acrylic polymer is “sandwiched” between a breathable transparent dressing film top layer and a bottom perforated transparent dressing layer, which is coated with a moist skin adhesive formulated for secure, yet gentle adhesion. InflammEnz by Enzymes is a high-potency enzyme supplement used postoperatively to reduce healing time.
